As ever, service was great here. This was my first haircut since lockdown and was pleased to see all the precautions in place. Excellent cut by Eileen again?

It was so good to be back in the salon. I went in looking like a mad sheep and came out looking like a civilised human being and feeling like a million dollars.

Everything was great except I was sat next to somebody while we were having our hair washed with no screen in-between.

Eileen is a great stylist always happy chatty always obliging,also always remind you when it's time that your next cut is due do, my hair is a type of needs cutting every 4 weeks and Eileen understands that very well

What a great experience today, a lovely welcome when I arrived and superb social distancing measures in place. Flo talked me through what I wanted to achieve with my hair and also made some great suggestions too.
The heat was bearable despite being in excess of 30 degrees outside. I love, love, love my hair! Thank you Flo ? I also spoke with Beth who advised on colours, Beth carried out a patch test and I cannot wait to have my colours done in a couple of weeks.
Huge well done to all the stylists today and the current situation we are still going through, I never once felt unsafe or at any risk.

It's always a relaxing experience at Tony & Guy Andover.

Even with the salon busy, and the extra precautions for focus, at no point did it feel any different to my normal visit.

And it was wonderful to be able to have my hair cut after so long!

A very nice experience. Greeting was lovely and COVID requirements for hand cleansing and masks was explained. Eileen was lovely as always. It felt less busy and that I was given more time than usual which felt nice. It was very nice to go back and I felt very comfortable with hygiene arrangements.

After three months of not getting a haircut it was a super experience staff were very professional had a very enjoyable time ??
