She was lovely, friendly and made me comfortable. I was given good advice and help to choose my colour and offered drinks a number of times. Colour came out a little lighter around the crown area then the rest of the hair she said I could come back to have a toner over it when Graham did but was just disappointed I have to pay £15 for the blow dry as it was a fault at ur part so should have been rectified and hair should have been styled free of charge. Chloe blowdried and straightened my hair then put curls in both times - she was brilliant would definitely go in again for her to startle my hair curls lasted and there was no frizz in my hair she took her time and enjoyed doing it very friendly and chatty. Overall I had a great visit on both occasions just felt like I shouldn’t have been charged for something that went wrong on ur part.
