Harriet made the whole experience a real pleasure! She took so much care in my hair and what an incredible job she has done! I was made to feel very important and listened to, I have never met a hair stylist that knew my hair type this well! A true credit to the company and I'll love to see Harriet again next time :) It was also clear that her colleagues respected and looked up to her too, seeking her opinion and expertise! Ben was absolutely lovely and styled my hair exactly how I wanted it I went out feeling absolutely chuffed especially as post covid needing a lift! He appreciated my hearing loss and was very professional also the same applied to amina who styled my daughters hair again she was perfect just what we both needed!

I have used Box for the last 14 years and have always received great service and loved the results. My most recent visits have been with Lauren and I have loved how she has coloured and cut my hair.

The whole experience was fab except for the comb through after the treatment. It started well and I should have said something but it was rather painful - and I wasn't asked if I was okay during the comb through.

Loved my hair and Amena was friendly and really helpful will definitely be booking again. Thank you for a lovely experience

Peter is a great stylist, as of course he should be, as he’s one of the Directors. I feel very confident entrusting my hair to him. Going to Box is always an enjoyable experience - everyone is friendly and professional. It’s not cheap, but you have to pay good money for good quality.
