***** ruined my hair. Cut it un-even, and took a lot more off the front than I asked for (asked for an inch off - between one and 2 inches taken off back but front she took FOUR inches off. I stopped her when she cut the first piece - her response "it's hair it will grow". By then of course unless I wanted to look really bad had to let her try and match the rest. She also took a strand to color match from top of my head not underneath so now have big tuft showing. Didn't bother ringing back for results of color test based on experience. Shame - it seemed a busy place so I thought it would be good. But sadly put me off returning ever again. And also very very expensive.
