went for an appointment with Core Therapies for the first time the day after lockdown restrictions were lifted in the UK for a deep tissue massage and a well needed eyebrow reshape. The first thing I loved about the experience is how beautiful the premises are, Jo has put so much thought and detail in the design/theme and appearance of Core Therapies. I was made to feel welcome and comfortable and offered a drink etc.
Tate did my eyebrow reshape and took her time to make sure all was done perfectly where as a lot of places can rush you in and out. She offered advice on how to make the most of my brows and recommended makeup up advice.
Then I had my massage with Jan, amd I can honestly say she has been the best masseuse I've ever been to. She knew bits of me that hurt that I didn't even know about and explained in great detail what she was doing at all times. Also a lovely lady to talk to as well. Today I can really feel how much tension she has worked out of my muscles and feel much better!
I Will without a doubt continue to come to Core Therapies, I already have my next appointments booked.
