I always get a really warm welcome from Damarys and Lynn on reception. I have been with Sophia for a little while and she is such a good stylist, she listens but also makes good suggestions.

Been coming here for donkeys everyone is so welcoming especially the reception team all so friendly I walk in looking awful and Walk out looking absolutely fabulous emily is amazing Thankyou !

Lovely shampoo very relaxing head massage. Staff are very friendly and helpful nothings no trouble. Lauren always knows how to get the best out of my hair wouldn’t go anywhere else especially for the cappucino

My first visit to cosham today and it was a lovely friendly experience. Not only was my hair amazing and was just what I wanted and more but the surrounding atmosphere was happy friendly and enjoyable to be around Sarah asked me what I wanted to achieve with my hair and then took her time talk me through it all.

Yet once again my hair look great, I know it will lift my spirits and mood every time, all the staff are so friendly and helpful, the salon is spacious and bright. I will be going to Hair Ott for as long as I can, and Mr Otto is lovely too.

Megan was so kind and remembered me from previous appointments. I struggle with my hearing (I am 92) but Megan showed patience when explaining what she was doing. I am so pleased with my perm, the last one Megan did for me lasted around 3 months.
Amazing products too.

I’ve always had a really positive salon experience . Emily is lovely she’s always so positive and always has a smile . I also appreciate her honesty when I pick a style / colour that may not suit! We’ve a hair ott in waterlooville however I still go to Cosham because of Emily .

Megan has been my regular stylist for some time now and she always takes good care of me. However, today she and the team took extra care of me. I am recovering from shoulder surgery and everyone took care to make me feel comfortable. From the moment the receptionist made sure I was seated in a chair where I could feel my 'bad' arm was protected, to Dior making sure I was comfortable at the washing station and the care Megan took to give me the colour and cut I wanted whilst remaining comfortable, I felt relaxed throughout the whole appointment. I left feeling and looking more like my usual self. Just the pick me up I needed!

My fringe was promtly trimmed to the desired length, followed by a pot of tea and biscuit. Very spoilt. Reception were most welcoming.
