What a shame that after many years as a very satisfied Cutting Company customer that a wet cut is no longer 'allowed' in the new West One. Even the most expensive salon in Winchester offers wet cuts. Come on West One give customers what they ask for, that's what you're there for! Sometimes we would like this option. Remember there are quite a number of salons in Chandlers Ford.
