Hair destroyed!

Went for second time hair was destroyed bleach put in with foils took an hour to apply then heat was added!!! Heat after an hour application!! Got home half my hair was gone! All underneath gone fringe gone sides gone,absolutely devastated! Went in and they denied everything,said maybe it’s the products I use,been another salon and they are shocked at the breakage,all they offered me was refund on the colour! I’ve had to spend over 100 pound on repair treatments, then my friend went in and and same thing happened to her and what’s worse is the stylists who did mine was slagging me off saying hair at the back is shorter anyway! Know my own hair and I’m left with spindles !!! I’m so upset! Left crying as I couldn’t believe they did not care at all!!! Offerd s pathetic complimentary treatment!!! That’s not going to bring my hair back! I accepted the refund just to get out of there but to hear I’ve been bad mouthed after! I’m in utter shock !!! Nasty people !!! Going to take months to grow back! They should be ashamed!! Accept responsibility at least!!!

I have been to this salon a few times and I never end up coming away with what I asked for. There are also so many hidden costs and things added on that you aren't aware of until its time to pay. Very greedy for subpar hairdressing.

Curly cut

It wasn’t a curly cut. Cut wet, pulled straight and not enhanced at all. Paid extra for treatments and didn’t notice the difference at all. Same for expensive products. A very expensive visit that was no different to my usual half the cost cut. It wasn’t bad but it wasn’t worth the extra money or hype. Won’t go back.

London prices, complete farce

Firstly, hairdresser didn't know what a pixie cut is despite seemingly having several years experience then charged £150+ for an all over colour that wasn't what I wanted. Don't pay that when I have it done in London, Inc travel costs. Guess where I'll be going next time!

Worst hairdressing experience of my life

***** at the KP Salon in Fareham shaved the side of my head without asking or consulting me - despite discussions of what I wanted (back to my previous pixie cut after trying to cope during lockdown with it) and showing pictures of the hairstyle I wanted on my phone - after butchering one side she then had to butcher the other side to match and cut everything far too short. Dreadful haircut, awful, upsetting experience and never, ever going back.

Overpriced with hidden costs

Bought the package, asked for a colour and style change. Stylist convinced me to stick with what I had. Hidden, undisclosed costs every time. Parts of package never offered. Far to expensive, nothing special in the finish and not at all transparent. Out to make as much money per client as possible.

London Prices, not London Salon

Too big a staff turnover to charge London prices, all very well giving staff fancy names 'designer, technician etc' but they need to be up to job before you put your prices up to that standard. Fit too many clients into one slot, a lovely salon that just got too greedy
