My daughter normally loves her experience at head romance...Although regrettably this visit wasn't the best. Not a very warm welcome, felt a bit rushed....the massaging chairs wasn't offered, no head massage either (I know she is only 9 but this is one of the reasons she loves it here and really raves at her oast exoeriences) .. also i was quoted £17.50 on the phone (which i think is a little expensive for a child's haircut anyway) and was charged £20...I didn't mention anything at the time as I could see my daughter just wanted to leave.
We will ome back as our past experiences at the salon have been good and it's one of the only places she likes getting her hair cut. Just sorry it wasn't as good as previous experiences.
