I had a haircut with a director, on the 10th March.
I asked for two layers in the back, an inch (at least) off the ends to freshen things up, and curved layers around the face to frame. I did not receive this cut at all.
She only slightly trimmed the ends and gave me no layers at the back.
The layers at the front were done very badly, they are uneven and unprofessionally done.
She said she would blow dry my hair then continue with the cut however, this did not happen.
I am very unhappy with the quality of the job and the final result. I have a photo of the layers at the front which I can send via email if you'd like to see.
