We are sorry and disappointed to hear that we failed to meet your expectations. As you can see from our other reviews, we have excellent feedback, which makes this highly unusual; however, we will address this with our team.

We appreciate your feedback about the lighting and scents in the therapy room. We understand the importance of creating a calming and soothing atmosphere, and it is disappointing this may not have been the case. Our aromatherapy diffusers run continuously throughout the day, and we do set the room to lower lights for massage & facials, but we must have some level of low lighting so the therapists can see to do the treatment. Regarding nails, on average, gel nails last around 7 -10 days with the correct aftercare. Anything less than 7 days may be an application process or product issue, and we ask that clients contact us directly so that we have the opportunity to resolve.
