Katie is a fantastic stylist who always thrives to achieve the best in cutting & colouring my hair.
She always listens to what I want and always achieves the perfect result.
I do feel however , that management should think about ways of rewards to loyal customers or new customers whom are returning each time they want their hair done.
An idea would be maybe every so often some little samples to treat oneself or maybe a loyalty stamp each time they attend an apt. After so many apts, a % discount would be a reward. . Just a little thank you for continued custom.
I personally would be lost without the expertise of Katie but if Katie not there I would ask for Bethany.
