I had my hair cut, cleansed and then a full head of highlights and I couldn't fault Alex with any of it. I turned up with a very vague idea of what I wanted and Alex then figured out the best length and colour for my hair - which now looks so much better than when I first entered! Very professional and efficient, no complaints.
