Nicky was absolutely great. She is so talented as a colourist, and such a lovely person. I was really unsure of what I wanted at first, and decided to go for a balayage in the end. After two rounds of toner, the outcome is lovely and I love it! I wasn’t afraid to tell her what I wanted in terms of colour as she was so approachable. Thanks Nicky!
