Always a pleasure visiting the salon ,

I visited yesterday to have my hair done as I was attending a wedding. Had such a lovely helpful stylist and she made my hair look incredible for the day. I was so pleased with it.

Danni at Cocos is superb and good fun too. I regularly have my hair cut here therefore.

Lilly has just finished a fabulous balayage on my hair. I haven’t been blonde for years and was a bit nervous but I love it!

Had a very enjoyable experience, staff were friendly and welcoming with a nice atmosphere but overall incredibly overpriced. Had I in hindsight asked for cost before booking I would have gone elsewhere. The end result was acceptable but not what I asked for

I won a voucher for a treatment and chose a pre holiday pedicure. The experience was enjoyable especially the massage and I was very happy with the results

I had my hair done by Lilly today and she was so incredible. Listened to what I wanted and made recommendations on what would suit me.

Charlotte was lovely, took time and care on my nails The salon was friendly and welcoming.

Really lovely salon with a great friendly and relaxed atmosphere. I was lucky enough to get a walk in appointment for gel builder nails and Ellie-Mai did a fabulous job. ?

I was nervous about changing my hair for the first time but was completely put at ease by Lilly. Such a lovely girl and gave me exactly the result I wanted, I’m so impressed. Finished with some lovely curls as well. Thank you so much, 100% recommend!

Thanks for making me feel comfortable at my first visit. I've never had a deep tissue massage and so didn't know what to expect. Ellie was friendly and pressure was exactly what was needed it seemed. I was popping like bubble wrap! Thank you and see you next week

Ellie-Mai was lovely, welcoming and friendly.
My mum enjoyed her pedicure and as she is having a hip replacement tomorrow was unable to have polish.
I was actually disappointed with the pedicure. I booked a ‘luxury pedicure’ which is advertised as ‘hard skin removal, foot scrub, cuticles, foot mask and heated boots’. The pedicure lasted less than 30 minutes and there wasn’t a foot mask or heated boots.
Unfortunately in my experience, there wasn’t much luxury, sorry ?

My daughter treated me to the Mother’s Day special.. I had a back neck and shoulder massage, facial and a pedicure, it was so relaxing!

Really great experience,both of us had a lovely cut and set, she was really accommodating for my little girl who has Autism, really pleased with our hair

A fab pedi, as always!

My haircut is nothing like I asked for. I asked to keep the length at the front (to grow out my bob) and it's now above my ears. The texturing at the back is uneven and it looks ridiculous with the colour. My layers are a mess and it's so short and looks absolutely awful. Never coming back.

Ellie is really friendly and did such a lovely neat job of my nails.

Amazing blow dry and curls by Lilly today, friendly, professional and recommendation of products which really helped the condition of my hair, lovely experience.

So so grateful for Lilly fitting me in last minute and cutting my hair for me. Had an absolutely traumatic experience with a colour remover and my hair was ruined but she managed to get it lovely for me again. Thankyou so much!
