I had a Indian head massage by Jessica, which was heavenly. It has to be one of the best I've had, I was constantly asked if pressure was ok, she definitely has magic hands. I was so relaxed my brain actually switched off half way through and I simply enjoyed the experience. The room was warm and very appealing, the spa music was a nice touch. I liked having the wash and blow dry afterwards, it was definitely a bonus! Overall I loved it, I've already booked my next one.

I have not been to a salon for about 35 years... 1980's hair doos were not kind! My friend convinced me to just 'try' so with a deep breath and lots of nerves I came into the salon....Jess was an absolute star she kept checking what I wanted making sure all was ok. The other girls were all happy chatty and making me feel so relaxed that my hairdresser phobia is now a thing of the past. I will Definitely book again with Jess (no disrespect to the other lovely ladies) and will be a regular customer. I travel from Chichester it is that good. Thank you Upstairs Downstairs and in particular Jess for putting me at ease and have a wonderful experience. 10/10

Always go to Upstairs Downstairs for all my hair needs but I decided a new change was in need.. So after a great consultation as always we chose a brown base with down tones on my very blonde ends .. so happy with the results. You can always trust the expertise here ..

Pete Austin cut my hair extremely well and what I asked for I got, recommend him to my mates and they now go to him, very good barber and easy going and got loads of dits to keep you entertained and at ease. 10/10

My usual hairdresser was not well today and I had another young lady do my hair. I am really pleased with it .

I highly recommend Upstairs Downstairs. Always entirely pampered, and well looked after. Even offer hot water bottles when your cold, lush coffee throughout every visit and cake at times but most important excellent hair care tailored to my needs. Been attending for years. Lovely staff and service.

I haven’t been to an actual salon for years, and was feeling a bit nervous about it. But I have never felt so comfortable and so looked after. The stylists were all lovely and the customer care was on point. The knowledge of products and care was out of this world thank you so much. X

Came out of my comfort zone, Lottie advised me to try darker streaks. Amazing results, feels great too. Lovely friendly atmosphere in the salon too
