Popped in on the off chance to see if I could hair cut ... .girls very welcoming ....came home with a lovely sleek Bob from thick course hair ,thanks to the lovely Kelly

Not a big fan of the 'we only know one hair cut' barbers, so after growing my hair out for a year plus and needing it cut badly, I had a 'walk in' appointment with Lottie. Left a bit later looking like I no longer lived in a cave, Epic effort by Lottie and I now was sporting a cool short hairstyle. Always feels a bit awkward to me being a fella in a 'ladies salon' as such, but not here. The girls there are super smiley and friendly and nothing's to much hassle.
Just returned again, this time on a booked appointment, again with Lottie.
Another great hair cut.
Certainly where I'll be going from now on. Get yourself down there fellas.

As usual, great staff who are very helpful and make you feel comfort and special. Stylist listens.

Girks had there hair done by Katie , and there hair both my girls looks absolutely beautiful. Popped in for a hair cut due to going on holiday. The service was brilliant straight in to have my hair washed. Staff very friendly and love how my hair came out after leaving the salon.

Kelly is amazing, she knows exactly what I want and I always leave the salon very happy. Can't recommend them enough.

My daughter suffers major anxiety in social situations, and I’m so glad I chose this hairdressers for my daughter to have her hair done , hadn’t been done in well over a year and Katie done amazing my daughter Daisy loved her hair, it looks amazing, and she felt really comfortable, lovely calming environment as well . Great experience! After having a bad experience at an old salon leaving me with hair I hated, Kelly did a brilliant job with proffesional advise. I now love my hair and it still looks great 3 days later. Lovely experience and can't wait to return.

Couldn't be happier with service. Everyone is so friendly and welcoming.
My hair was a total mess from cut to colour from another salon, who I won't name.
I thought it was unsalvageable. I cried for days and considered shaving my head it was so bad.
Upstairs Downstairs fitted me in quickly and gave reassurance it could be fixed.
I had a consultation which was informative and honest. This is what I lacked previously from the other salon, around expectations, results and the process of colouring.
I had a test patch, which I didn't have with the previous salon.
I'm beyond happy with the results and amazed how they could not only save my hair but make it look lovely.
The price is very reasonable too.
Gained a new regular customer. I won't trust anyone else with my hair now. Very grateful for what they've done for me.
