My hair was in need of a good haircut and they did a fab job ,, I love it ...I'm gunna book in for foils soon

I am always greeted by a friendly face and am always pleased with my hair when it is finished. The salon today in this awful heat was lovely and cool.

Been visiting the salon for many many years and always enjoy the warm friendly atmosphere. Lottie and Kelly you did an amazing job helping me revitalising my hair I absolutely love the colours and new style and went to both weddings feeling a million dollars! Thank you so much?

A family day out to upstairs downstairs
I had a lovely wash cut blow dry for a formal work evening and my son had a trim for prom and my daughter had a lovely long hair put up into a beautiful creation for prom too. Lovely experience for us all everyone happy.

Katie was amazing and did my hair just as I like it. She also gave me some advice about my colour which I have booked in for. Thank you

Fantastic hair up for prom and a a little make up too! Nothing was too much trouble and went over and above to make the experience even more special!

I do enjoy coming to upstairs, downstairs, I always leave feeling happy and good about my hair. Everybody is friendly and approachable, and if it is within their power to do what you got in mind, then nothing is too much trouble. The range of products available are good and the advice to go with it is excellent.

What a lovely way to start my day off. Went to upstairs downstairs and firstly had a cuppa tea with cake then a beautiful hair transformation and left feeling beautiful and good about myself always a relaxing pleasure visiting upstairs downstairs.

I managed to get a last minute appointment with Katie and she done my hair just how I wanted. The colour is perfect. The coffee & biscuits went down a treat to ?

Saw a colour on Instagram that the salon had already done, instantly feel in love with it and contacted the salon… I already had an appointment but they sorted out staffing in order that I could have the colours and I blooming love it.. Thanks to Lottie, Kelley, Becky, Katie and Jessica as you all at some point worked on my hair on Saturday

Always have the best hair treatment and come away feeling fabulous. Lovely friendly staff, very welcoming and tailor your hair treatment individually everytime. Extra bonus of Coffee and cake too. Highly recommend
