Second time visiting and was as pleased with it as the first visit.
Alex is super friendly and has left my hair feeling and looking so much healthier.
No concerns over COVID - they have it well organised and everywhere is super clean (as it was pre COVID anyway!)

Well looked after when coming in to salon by Mel who also organise coffee for my husband also Nicky does. Think they all feel sorry for him waiting for me. Excellent blow dry by Ian thanks to you all

Fae is a fantastic hair stylist, I had a complete restyle and feel transformed!

Hayley was brilliant, she bought the picture I showed her to life in my hair. I'm so pleased. She's a joy to spend time and chat with. The cut and finish was also just prefect. The salon is gorgeous, all the staff are so polite and helpful and that drinks menu... You're nailing it! Thank you!

Joe is , as ever, professional yet approachable and v good at dealing with an older lady like me. He’s a complete credit to you!

Really pleased with my highlights, Becca was great in advising on colour.
Please can I offer some feedback, the measures you’ve put are place are really good, but please could you remind clients to wear their face covering throughout their appointment. A lady next to me, also having colour within 2m from me, spent most of the time with it under her chin & staff did not ask her to wear it properly.

Was lovely to see Mel & Nicky who both look after Richard make sure he gets a latte it was pouring with rain so Nicky got wet. My blow dry with Ian was excellent as usual. I’m well looked after when I come in to the salon. Thank you to you all.

Alex is painstaking in her approach to getting my colour right and the cut is amazingly precise, she is so patient; I have masses of hair.

As always great to catchup with Joe and he did a fabulous job on roots and blow dry. All booked for Christmas. Thanks Joe

My hair is a lovely colour and I felt very safe regarding covid!

As usual all staff were very friendly & helpful. Mel on reception the trainee who washed my hair Nickie who looks after Richard my husband very kind. Thanks to you all.
