Different with masks no mags and noise levels in salon. But this is how it is now. All felt safe and professional. Great to be more like normal experiences.

As usual, I am very pleased with my cut and blow dry.

A well overdue appointment because of lockdown. Not only were the controls and protections in place absolutely top notch but everyone made me feel so comfortable and reassured.

As always, my haircut was exactly as I wanted but Joe went above and beyond to make me feel like all precautions had been taken during this difficult time.

From entering to leaving it was a brilliant experience and not in any way diminished by the rules that are now in place. Wispers have done a phenomenal job in safeguarding their clients while still offering the same excellent service as before! Great job guys.

Amazing Alex cut the mustard again with
my unruly hair which hasn’t been cut since February, really pleased with the result , she’s a brilliant stylist, friendly and easy to get on with , her interest is in her client, top marks from me ?

Joe did a fantastic job as usual. However there were no adjustments in terms of spacing between clients. I was very close to the stylist next to me and felt uncomfortable even with a mask on. The staff were wearing masks or visors and cleanliness was good with temperature checks. But cramming 6 people plus another 6 stylists into the back area of the salon does not feel safe!

I love Whispers, everytime I come every single person there makes 100% effort to make me feel special and comfortable, today amongst COVID-19, was no exception.
Becca has cut my hair before, (over a year ago!) and remembered me! She was calm and patient with my eagerness to "go different" today and was honest with me when I got over excited which was good as I was FAR too keen to chop it all off!!

I don’t usually give reviews but on this occasion on my first visit to you during the Covid-19 pandemic I just wanted to say Bravo Wispers you have heeded to government advice yet still managed to make my visit to you so worthwhile. Great to catch up with Hayley and Joe too - I have had a lovely relaxing afternoon with you and I am thrilled with my colour too. Huge sigh of relief that salons are finally OPEN!!! Nice to be back! But quite concerned that there were 4 clients waiting and 2 clients paying all at the same time In the small reception area. Too busy. Also all 4 basins in use at same time... Surely that's not sufficiently distanced!

I have been going to Alex since she started at Wispers and she is consistently brilliant. I have unusually thick hair which I spent years hating; luckily I stumbled across Alex who not only colours and cuts it beautifully but offers advice on how to manage it at home. My hair maintains its shape between appointments and I get complimented on it regularly.

Absolutely perfect. Tash was welcoming and took the time to listen to what I wanted. My hair looks incredible, lovely cut and blow dry. Thank you

First hair appointment in I don’t know how long. Thought it would be weird/uncomfortable wearing a mask. Honestly it was no different and I enjoyed it just as much as I normally do. Plus I have lovely new hair!

Firstly i was so excited to be back in the Salon, my hair was in dier need lf some pampering.
The Salon was beautifully clean as it always even in normal times, all precautions in place, followed and respected by staff and customers.
Was an absolutely pleasent first time back in the chair, but in all honesty it always is regardless.

I had had a terrible cut at another salon last week. Luckily Joe had a cancelled appointment. I feel ten years younger. Brilliant stylist!

Very welcoming in my first visit, very from staff

My experience was excellent, Nic as always made me feel very relaxed and special. Although the salon was busy I didn’t feel rushed, Nic took her time listened to what I wanted, advised me on colour and then produced a fabulous result. All in all a wonderful experience.

Lots of measures in place to ensure clients and the team are kept as safe as possible. Great colour and cut by Tina - my hair looked fabulous. It was evident that the whole team are making huge efforts to look after their clients whilst still providing a good experience.

So good to be back. As professional as ever. Such care and attention and your passion for a high standard of hair cut always shows.

This morning was my first visit back to the salon in months and with all the new regulations I was slightly anxious but the team were amazing and have it completely under control. Once again, Pippa was brilliant and I’m loving my well needed freshen up hair!

New safety measures working well. I went on a quiet day, but happy with new measures. Only thing I'd say is on the booking text maybe some instructions about masks etc

First appointment in over three months and it couldn't have been better. Both receptionist and Joe made it as normal as possible and being able to have a coffee was a welcome surprise! My haircut is fabulous , Joe is a genius and he was so kind. Thank you so much, see you in August.

Wispers have taken Government guidelines to heart and seem to have invested heavily in keeping their customers safe! As always, the service was exemplary but additionally, during a global pandemic, they have made the salon feel like a safe haven where due regard to personal safety is well applied.

Wispers is the only salon that I would recommend to friends and family!

So wonderful to be back at wispers after 5 long months. Tina and her team have clearly worked extremely hard to make the salon as safe and welcoming as possible, and as usual Hayley's colour skills were absolutely peerless.

Fae was really friendly and did put me at ease straight away. She did exactly what I asked for, really pleased.
