I visited the salon as my hair needed the colour corrected and what fabulous experience I received! pippa was amazing and too great care of me. It’s very rare to receive outstanding customer service these days but from my first consultation being greeted by Mel the receptionist to the end result which Pippa worked hard on to ensure I was happy with a truely fantastic experience!
