Very disappointed that your prices have increased by 25% for booking with a junior member of staff. The current inflation rate is 1.9% and this is not reflected in your charges. I’ve been visiting Whispers for 12 years on a weekly basis and never seen such an increase. With this huge hike, the only person who will suffer is your junior as the client will have to decide whether to pay the base price and no tip or extend the visit to 2 weeks instead of one. Your juniors are excellent and quickly develop into mature stylists. This training ground albeit a small time allows them to develop their column and gain confidence too. If there is not a marked difference in price, your regulars are likely to go to a more experienced stylist and your trainees will be glorified hair washers?!
