Hayley is very good at applying colour and I never have any whites left (this was not always the case at previous hairdressers). There was a misunderstanding on the time of the appointment this week and I arrived 15minutes late, thinking I was on time. Hayley understood the situation immediately and ensured I could still have my tint. This I thought was a good gesture
