I had a brilliant first haircut with Alex. I get nervous finding a new hairdresser but Alex put me at ease. She asked what I like and don't like about my hair and listened to what I wanted. She spent time getting it perfect. And now I have a freshly cut Bob. Super pleased and will be returning
