Not sure whether it is because I am 60 butI felt that some of the staff treated me like I was the" shampoo and set brigade ".
Firstly I was told my stylist would be a fellow and spent ages telling him what I needed. he seemed pretty dismissive and then he wasn't actually the person cutting my hair. It was someone else. next I was told my colourist would be a man only to find it was someone else. So by the time i had explained my requirements 4 times I was pretty exhausted. Good job I brought my own photo. The colour was great thank you but my hair cut is awful it is now 2 weeks later and my hair is totally unmanageable. This experience cost me -wait for it-£158 ! I usually have my hair cut elsewhere and he spends ages cutting shaping and finishing my style. I didn't get this at Toni and Guy I think that I must have had my hair cut in 10 minutes
