Had my hair coloured by Charlotte and love my colour, hair cut by Charlie and she has done a fantastic job, love both the cut and the colour. Open Berkhamsted has a lovely, relaxed atmosphere and all of the staff are very welcoming and friendly.
Following illness and lockdown my hair has been lifeless, but Ian listened to my.concerns and the cut has made it look a million times better.

Charlie was really friendly and knows how to cut thick wavy hair which is hard to find. I always like going to this salon-staff are really relaxed and go out of their way to make sure you have a drink etc. I also like the bumble and bumble products used.

Had another great haircut with John. I got my hair cut in a London salon for over 14 years, but moved to Open as a result of lockdown/working from home. The quality of the cut is great and I won’t be going back to my London hairdresser now!
