I told her I had cartillage earrings which couldn't be removed, she just mumbled in acknowledgement.

She later ripped one out of my ear over excessive brushing.
She apologised but didn't seem to care much over what she had done. She ripped it so hard, my earring broke and I bled severely.

Never again!!!!

I'm disgusted!

She was very rough and wasn't very friendly at all.

Warm & inviting reception by Sarah & made to feel very welcome, we had lots in common. The main salon has a relaxed but professional atmosphere; dedicated clients who are prepared to travel distances, says it all! Excellent hair re-styled by Charlotte, lovely chat. Shocking experience. 15+ minutes late to start. No booster seat for a 4 year old and made her stand the whole time. Stylist did not even put a gown on to keep the hair off. We asked for (and showed length) for a 3 inch haircut. After hacking away a crooked 5 inches, stylist finally gave up trying and asked another staff member for help. Slightly evened out the length but still 3/4 inch longer on one side. Jagged and choppy across the back. Really the worst haircut I’ve seen. Owner kindly called to apologize and to offer a free touch up but not sure I’m willing to risk it.

From the moment I arrived-with a fantastic welcome from Sarah. So friendly and professional. To the moment I left thanks for a relaxing shampoo and then followed my fabulous hair do by Charlotte. I felt pampered and my hair transformed. Thanks ladies.

Amazing.... put me at ease instantly as I’d had a bad hair cut else where. I had complete confidence in Daisy to sort my hair out and she didn’t disappoint. I’m glad to have finally found a great hairdresser! Thank you!

Donna was my stylist. She made me feel very welcomed and put me at ease. I love my new style and look forward to the next time.

First time at this salon, as have recently stopped working in the City so needed someone local. I phoned the salon and spoke to Sarah, who was really helpful in identifying what I was looking for and I was booked in with Daisy the same afternoon. It was Halloween and everyone was in the spirit - we even had spooky music to add to the atmosphere. Daisy was great and the haircut was confirmed as a great success by my dear wife - who is quite a stickler - so I’ll be booking in again for my next haircut!

Love my haircut by Daisy, So easy for me to style myself, the hallmark of a good cut. And we always have a great chat and a laugh too. What’s not to like? Been coming to this salon for years, and the service and quality of cut is so reliable.

As always Tanya listens and makes wise suggestions. When I tell her I can't get this layer to behave and want to grow it out she works with me to produce a lovely bob which looks fabulous. Soothing hair wash as usual and a lovely cup of earl grey.

Professionally and expertly styled and coloured as always.

I’ve been having my hair done by Daisy for a few years now. She is an exceptional hair stylist, listens and cares about her clients and enjoys her job.

The Annex is a great salon, the service is always too notch, the stylists are all friendly and lovely as well as professional and great at their jobs. The salon itself has a nice modern feel and is generally a great, relaxing and friendly atmosphere. The salon is always clean and tidy.
All in all I love the Annex.
