If you are looking for a new style and colour, Jess is the stylist to see. I had a consultation first where I showed her a few photos of the kind of look I wanted. She was clear about what could be achieved with my hair type and gave me great guidance in which choices would suit me best and I'm so glad I took her advice, I love my new hair!

Emi (5yrs) loves a visit to The Annex. Today she was seen by Jasmine who washed her hair and chatted about princesses with her and then Tanya who did a beautiful cut and applied lots of princess sparkles and gave her an extra biscuit to take away. One very happy little girl. Thank you ladies x

I've been going to The Annex for a while now and I think it's better than ever.
I always feel that I'm a valued customer - starting with Sarah at reception, through the blow dry, colour etc. and right up to the time I leave the salon. With the help, encouragement and suggestions from Charlotte I've made some changes to the style and colour of my hair, both of which have 'boosted' my confidence. Probably most importantly I now enjoy going to the hairdresser.

Lois did a great job and really cared about me. Slight confusion as blow dries with Lois were offered at £5. Then when I phoned I was told it was £10. No problem but was actually charged £15. It’s ok because I know it’s great value but some people could get arsey. I’m a loyal customer. Been coming to you for years and will continue This is feedback not criticism. Love you guys xxx

Had my first hair cut with charlotte today an i love it ! I have curly hair an have had some awful cuts ! She really listened to what i wanted an cut it lovely ! Also really nice freindly relaxed atmosphere ! Allready booked for next cut ! Having colour done tomorrow an cant wait!

Tanya took time to explain everything she was going to do (I had Brazian blow dry). She did an amazing job and was so approachable and friendly. Didn't quibble when I said I'd seen the discounted price on the website. I have now booked in with her for cut and colour as so impressed. Everyone at salon very friendly, even on a day when the receptionist was off sick!

I’m so happy to of finally find a hairdresser that knows what she is doing and is absaloutey AMAZING!!! I always get a first class service she always smiles and always makes sure I am looked after ! Daisy you are genius !!!!

Jess is so fabulous and always makes me feel very comfortable. She’s exceptional at what she does and I wouldn’t trust anyone else with my hair!!

I had a balyage, cut and blow dry. Jess listened exactly to what I wanted, she tackled my dry long frizzy hair and completely transformed it. So pleased!
