A real hidden gem! Found the salon online and wasn't sure what to expect, but more than impressed, Charlotte, the owner, is well worth having, nice friendly lady and really good cut and dry, I wish I could transport the salon to Bath! They also sell great hair products. Will definitely go again when up visiting my son. Thank you ?

Great cut as always

Confident,chatty young stylist. perhaps needing a little more guidance in layering and blending. Hair was left very heavy around the mid lengths at the back and not blended through to the front layers.

The annex is a good hairdressers and i recently had a hair cut and I like it a lot .

Our first trip to The Annexx was a fantastic experience.

I was having a complete restyle - cutting off my extremely long hair to send off to the Princess Trust to make a wig for young cancer sufferers. Something they seem to do as policy with long hair restyles so they knew exactly what to do and were able to sort it all out for me.

Emma was fantastic throughout with some good advice on products to keep my new style under control, I am very happy with the result.

My 5 year old was having his hair cut at the same time and I was a bit nervous about him doing that without me there. Saira was excellent with him, she chatted with him about Lego and let him know what was happening and when it was important to be still. It was fantastic!

All in all the best experience I've ever had at a hairdressers for myself or my son. We will definitely be going back.

Why anyone would go anywhere else to get their hair done, I don't know!!!!
My hair is not easily wrangled, yet these hairdressers are all so well trained, thanks to Charlotte, they manage it with ease. I am always made to feel special and pampered and waited on hand and foot. And anyone who knows me, knows I'm not easy to please. Look forward to every appointment.

My daughter went to the Annexx today and had a 2 inch cut. The hairdresser, Daisy, was very friendly and professional. She asked if my daughter, Daisy, wanted French plaits or Dutch braids and the Dutch braids she did were beautiful. I think the Annexx is a very good place to get your hair cut and I would definitely come again.

I have been going to this hairdressers for about 4 years with the same hairdresser. Always friendly and. professional.
My hairdresser has chosen to leave and she cut my hair (beautifuly) for the last time. The receptionist did not let me know she was leaving and when it came to paying she said £54 to pay; this had gone up quite a lot from my visit 7 weeks prior but no explanation-when I asked about who I should have my hair cut by now her response (whilst messing around with another member of staff) was 'anyone!!' No extra explanation, no encouragement to book with someone else so I left without another appt and no hairdresser - disappointed!!!

I visited the Annexe today to treat myself to a wash/blow dry, and hair up for a wedding I'm attending later. I was lucky to have a lovely girl called Daisy look after me and do my hair. She was really easy going and a good laugh! She did a great job with my hair and gave it a little sparkle at the end! I'll definitely be recommending Daisy and the Annexe to friends!

Super short cut by Rebecca, she's brilliant. I came back to Rebecca and The Annexx this year after a random great cut by Rebecca 3 years ago. After coming back, very disappointed to hear Rebecca is leaving,

Last August I went blonde for the first time, I loved my hair. But I work on a cruise ship for 7-8 months at a time which would damage your hair enough with just the water.

Plus different people doing your hair putting different products in your hair and damaging it more.

As a singer/dancer in the production shows it can cause a lot of damage to your hair, styling, heating, backcombing for 7 months leaving me with incredibly damaged and broken off hair. It was embarrassing.

I came to The Annexx because if anyone could help me it would be Daisy. I had previously warned her that my hair was in a bad state but even she was shocked when she saw it.

Daisy took her time she dyed it, treated it and cut off the breakage to my liking and I couldn't have asked for a better result.

When I arrived at the Annexx my hair was a complete nightmare and had been depressing me for years! I hadn't met Tori before but she is literally a genius! I was made to feel relaxed and pampered and by the end Tori had waved her fairy hair godmother's wand over me and I have never been happier! I could've danced my way out of the salon. I could not recommend Tori highly enough. Thank you for everything and see you in 6 weeks ! Edie x

Daisy has turned my matty yellow dog hair in to princess hair and I love it!!!!

Emma was very thorough and I am pleased with my hair cut and colour. Perhaps a bit more chat would be good but am also happy left to read my magazine and have some head space! Danielle gave me a very relaxing shampoo and head massage with perfect water temperature!
