Lois did a great job and really cared about me. Slight confusion as blow dries with Lois were offered at £5. Then when I phoned I was told it was £10. No problem but was actually charged £15. It’s ok because I know it’s great value but some people could get arsey. I’m a loyal customer. Been coming to you for years and will continue This is feedback not criticism. Love you guys xxx

Thank you so much for your honest feedback. As Lois is fairly new to the salon floor we have had a number of special offers available for her services which I understand may have lead to some confusion within the team.
Initially, on selected Tuesdays, blow drys were £5 and £10 for the rest of the week. Due to popular demand, her blow dry is now a fixed price of £15. I apologise for this confusion, we are always happy to honour the original price quoted when booking so I'll be in touch to offer a refund of the difference.
