Shocking experience. 15+ minutes late to start. No booster seat for a 4 year old and made her stand the whole time. Stylist did not even put a gown on to keep the hair off. We asked for (and showed length) for a 3 inch haircut. After hacking away a crooked 5 inches, stylist finally gave up trying and asked another staff member for help. Slightly evened out the length but still 3/4 inch longer on one side. Jagged and choppy across the back. Really the worst haircut I’ve seen. Owner kindly called to apologize and to offer a free touch up but not sure I’m willing to risk it.
