From start to finish, I had a great experience going to The Annex. The reception was very welcoming and I didn't need to wait at all for my appointment to start.Natalie was my hair dresser-she was lovely! Polite, genuinely listened to what I wanted, and was very patient in understanding me. My cut was exactly what I wanted. I highly recommend going here.
