As usual my visit to M was w fabulous and relaxing experience . He really listened to what I would like but tailored it to suit me even better. I am very happy

Zoe is lovely , I love her doing my hair and she knows exactly what colours I like ..
I can't get my head around why I wont be able to book her for colour in the future ???
Bad mistake for your salon as I'm sure you will lose clients

Laura has done an absolutely amazing job, I really love my hair. The colour is beautiful, exactly what I wanted! I loved that before my appointment I was asked to have a consultation to discuss what I wanted, after a few bad experiences at the hairdressers it gave me confidence and made me feel that I was being listened to. Thank you Very much Laura! ☺️. On top of that 2 of the other girls took the time to style my hair in the gorgeous beachy waves I have been unsuccessfully trying to achieve for ages, despite the fact that it was getting quite late in the day and they probably should have been getting ready to go home. I now have the knowledge of how to get this look with my very fine, poker straight hair and I love it. Thank you to all of you!

I had my appointment with Kevin this morning who has been my regular hairdresser for years, and came away as always feeling good and loving my hair!! My hair is a massive challenge and Kevin understands and gets it! He always recommends what I can do to care for it and style it.

All the staff are friendly and welcoming and I feel like I have been pampered when I come out! Thank you x

Like my haircut and enjoyed the miller's experience.

I came in on Saturday morning for a much needed cut and blow dry.
My appointment was with Kevin, my Son Adam uses him all the time and won't allow any body else to cut his hair.
My Daughter Natalie has also used Kevin and recommended i give him a try.
My haircut is the best haircut i have ever had, i am very fussy and havn't found any one who can cut my hair properly until now.
I used to have to wash my hair everyday to be able to put some sort of style into it, but now thanks to Kevin i can wash it every other day and do not need to worry about straightening all the time.
I just have to run the hair brush through and leave it.
Brilliant, i will be back and will always use Kevin from now on.
Although a little expensive i always say you get what you pay for, and this time i was more than happy.

M always provides a friendly professional experience. My colourist Laura and stylist Stuart listened to my likes/dislikes and I came away with a great haircut and colour.

Cannot thank Kerrie enough for spending the time & care that she did while cutting my hair. As someone who is afraid of new people cutting their hair, Kerrie was patient, helpful & has cut my hair beautifully!

THIS IS THE BEST SALON,SPA AND COFFEE SHOP IN TOWN . MY WIFE HAS HER HAIR DONE AND I HAVE A COFFEE, SHE ALWAYS COMES AWAY SMILING AND BETTER LOOKING THAN WHEN SHE ENTERED, THIS HAS A LOT TO DO WITH KERRI AND THE REST OF THE STAFF WHO ALWAYS MAKE YOU WELCOME AND AT EASE.

I came in for full head of highights and was extremely happy with the result. Not only was i very happy with the colour and end result but laura was fantastic and the service was second to none as always. Always highly recommend Millers. Best salon in Stortford!

I've only had my colour done once (and that wae a few weeks ago) at M and it was really, really amazing but I get my hair cut (Stuart cuts it) regularly and I always love the result. I've actually had strangers tell me they like my hair after having it done at M.

Everyone is really friendly and as mentioned, the atmosphere is really lovely.

Was a little apprehensive about trying out a new hairdresser. Came away really happy with a great hair cut. Lovely warm and friendly atmosphere. Have already booked again!

I've been to every salon in town and this is definitely the best by far. No one can get my colours just the way I want like Laura does and Kevin is just the best stylist around.

I walked in without a booking to a team that were and could not of been more pleasant and helpful , I was seated straight away given lovely coffee and my stylist Zoe was so nice to talk to , hair was better than I had had for a long time and exactly as I wanted.

Having recently moved from London I was looking for a salon with great customer service and skilled stylists who would give me a personalised experience every time. Millers has lived up to my expectations and I will definitely be going back next time. Highly recommended.

I have been coming to M for a few years now and always have an amazing experience. My stylist is excellent and every time I leave feeling great. The salon is a lovely environment, clean and tidy and all the stylists and juniors are polite and friendly. Highly recommended for cut and colour!
