I come to Shauna as often as I can to have my brows and lashes done. Every time they are perfect, she does such a brilliant job. Shauna is always so kind and makes me feel so relaxed and comfortable. Today I came in, in bit of a state having had a stressful couple of weeks, I left feeling the most relaxed I have in ages.

Courtney was great but this salon isn’t set up for manis/pedis and as I booked late, I was allocated a brightly lit closet. Not really the relaxing Saturday morning experience I was looking for. They apologised and gave me a small facial cleanser to try and make up for it, but I would have preferred that they just told me on the phone the situation.
My toes and nails are now all scuffed from not being allocated the right amount of drying time, I’m out £60 and it wasn’t relaxing so very unlikely I’ll be back.

The therapist was ok but I felt that the room used for the treatment was not ideally set up for a completely comfortable pedicure. Experience.
Thank you for your feedback. I am sorry that you felt you didn't have a comfortable pedicure experience, we do not have the facility for specific pedicure chairs. Clean and lovely ambience with friendly staffs. This is my first ever micropeel session. Shen was very friendly and made ne understand the whole process and made sure I was comfortable.
