Unfortunately I did not have a good experience at urban spa. I had my eyebrows waxed (even though I booked threading on their website). I was told 30 mins before that it was waxing but I was already on my way. During the appointment the therapist caused a lot of pain during the wax and took off too much, leaving my eyebrows a strange shape. After the appointment my eyebrows were very painful and I woke up with two big burns on both my eyebrows which have now caused scabs and I hope will not scar! I won’t be coming back.

Kerry was amazing , friendly , high level standard customer service …Her technique was fantastic for me … she’s strong enough to make a good pressure where need , without left me hurtful, next day …. I have so much tension in my muscles results in nots around my back , she’s manage to took all this tension out , I still enjoy the results of my massage , was fantastic ?.

I had two therapists, one that done my pregnancy massage and facial which was so good and I was very relaxed. The other therapist gave me a lovely pedicure.
Both were very professional and friendly and made me feel comfortable and relaxed. The spa was beautiful and clean.
