My daughter was very excited to have a new haircut and she asked for the new butterfly trending haircut. I booked the most expensive hairdresser, just so my daughter could have her hair done perfectly. We even showed a picture of what we wanted, but ***** managed to destroy her hair with some ugly layers and did what she had in her head, not what we asked for. Even I could do softer layers. Even after a month, they look like ladders.

Had my Christmas hair colour cut and blow dry done by Hava and as usual excellent result.
Hava is very professional l highly recommend her.

Java is my stylist for at least 4 years, and I could easily rate her higher than 100%. She has immense knowledge. Though myhair isn’t the easiest, Hava has experience, she knows what to do. and I always look superb! I have colour and cut from Hava, never had to go anywhere else. She’s lovely, they treat me so well with regular hair treats, and very nice coffee and chocolates ?.

Hava is extremely good stylist!! She transformed my dull brown hair into beautiful blond balayage with younger look! She knows exactly what her clients want and makes sure they leave satisfied and happy. I will be definitely returning to do my touch up!

I have been going to this salon for years and have always been very pleased with the results. I like to experiment with my hair and always love a change! All the stylists in the salon, especially Agi who looks after the salon always ensures that I received service to a high standard.
List of some treatments I have done is the Keratin treatment, Olaplex, haircuts, full head colour and balayage. I have never been disappointed with the quality of products, results and service.

I would highly recommend this salon as you will not be disappointed! Thank you to all the staff in the Borehamwood branch- you are all amazing!

Exactly what I need it! I just came back and was perfect for me and my daughter! Our first visit in two! I was attended by Madalina and she was lovely. My daughter was with another lovely girl which I’m sorry I didn’t catch her name. We are both really happy with our layers and was exactly was I needed! A good hour of relaxing! And really happy with the results! Thank you very much girls!

Bad experience started with booking stage: booked appointment initially online but when I wanted to enquire about additional options nobody answered the phone for days. Eventually spoke to *****, head stylist - I originally was happy to go with anyone but ***** convinced me that I am better off to go with her. So my expectations were high. On arrival to the salon I was not greeted by anyone, not asked my name or asked to sit down - the nearest stylist just told me to use hand sanitiser - I did not feel welcome. I requested a simple bob - so easy enough - however my haircut looks terrible - uneven and unfinished - I was only asked about my parting side at the hair drying stage - so this was not incorporated into the haircut which looks unbalanced. Given that my haircut was done by the most senior stylist I do not even have the option of asking for it to be fixed. I paid and waited to speak to a colourist for some advice. The final straw came when ***** said that before I leave she needs to check at the till that I paid - instead of just asking me - the implication that I would leave without paying was quite insulting. Definitely not going back there again.

Came here for much needed highlights again and as usual had no idea what I wanted done , so left it to Hava to guide me in the right direction once again . I absolutely love the highlights and pink tint and feel fabulous once more . This is the only hairdresser I will go to and trust them 100% . They are a lovely bunch including Hava , Aggy , James and the rest of the team are all wonderful too . I look forward to seeing you all again soon and thank you for being amazing x

Excellent friendly service. Welcomed & given a drink of my choice. Salon was very busy and ran smoothly.

Was greeted with a friendly welcome, asked to sanitise my hands, then given a plastic gown. I felt very safe under the current COVID situation and during my appointment found all the staff to be very compliant. Every member of staff practiced good hygiene and I enjoyed my experience in the salon. Will definitely return.

I have been going for a few years I would not go anywhere else, Hava is to be recommended her work excellent. All the staff are courtesy and always have a smile.

I have been coming here for a couple of years now and never disappointed with haircut or colour done.
Georgie, is a true professional and the whole experience from start to end at this salon is first class.

I have been to many different salons and hairdressers over the past decade and I can honestly say, not many people have made me feel as welcome and comfortable as Agi has!!! We always have great conversation and a good laugh. Aside from that her skills and techniques are impeccable, she really keeps a focus on how the hair is responding to the techniques that she uses. Honestly the best and most long lasting blow dries I have ever had. A mention also for the relaxed salon ambience and great location which is easy to access from the local station. Couldn’t be happier!

The hair cut was ok I had to ask the lady to go over it again as it was uneven. She did. I rand to when booking appointment as my daughter was given £5 voucher for her birthday from essensuals. They confirmed £25 & £5 off = £20. The lady told me it’s £25 as she is a child the haircut is already discounted. I wasn’t happy about this and I informed her that was why I brought my daughter here because of the £5 incentive. She said it accumulates in her account and she can use it when it’s amounts to haircut price. Firstly if she gets £5 every year it will be 10 by the time she can use it. As I only get her haircut once a year at this age. Secondly children’s prices should be cheaper then adults so saying it’s already discounted doesn’t make sense. I only paid £20 as that was the basis I booked appointment on. However having to do that still made me upset as I don’t like confrontation however I did not believe that I should pay more then £20. Also my daughter wasn’t offered any water/ drink. The other lady when she took her client offered her a drink straight away. Why the difference? Lastly as I left on not so good terms I am
Hoping that my daughters hair was donated as it met the requirement and this was really important for her to do as her school friend is battling cancer and has lost her hair.

Agi has been cutting my hair for several years and has always delivered a perfect haircut, and blow dry. She always listens to what I want, and her customer service is fantastic, always a pleasure to visit the salon, and i always leave feel amazing ....thank you Agi & team

Georgie was absolutely fantastic at colouring my hair and listened to concerns. She was very professional & friendly. I was so happy to have a colour I was finally pleased with. Because I was so pleased, I called back for a ‘trim’ and was told there was no wet cut & it was a flat £48 for cut & blow dry. I wanted to come in for a quick trim & a blow dry isn’t necessary. I’m really disappointed as it means I have to go elsewhere for a cut. Perhaps a manager call to discuss?! Well done again Georgie.
