The hair cut was ok I had to ask the lady to go over it again as it was uneven. She did. I rand to when booking appointment as my daughter was given £5 voucher for her birthday from essensuals. They confirmed £25 & £5 off = £20. The lady told me it’s £25 as she is a child the haircut is already discounted. I wasn’t happy about this and I informed her that was why I brought my daughter here because of the £5 incentive. She said it accumulates in her account and she can use it when it’s amounts to haircut price. Firstly if she gets £5 every year it will be 10 by the time she can use it. As I only get her haircut once a year at this age. Secondly children’s prices should be cheaper then adults so saying it’s already discounted doesn’t make sense. I only paid £20 as that was the basis I booked appointment on. However having to do that still made me upset as I don’t like confrontation however I did not believe that I should pay more then £20. Also my daughter wasn’t offered any water/ drink. The other lady when she took her client offered her a drink straight away. Why the difference? Lastly as I left on not so good terms I am
Hoping that my daughters hair was donated as it met the requirement and this was really important for her to do as her school friend is battling cancer and has lost her hair.
