Excellent, friendly service and expert hair care.
Seems only to be able to do a straight cut never suggests anything different not very experienced
Lottie is the first stylist I’ve been to who gets it right every time. She listens carefully and explains exactly what she is going to do. Lottie and the other staff make going to the hairdressers an enjoyable and relaxing experience. 10/10

First time at the salon and mum and me booked our appointments with Jack. What can I say...we have finally found a hairdresser that understands our hair! Thank you so much for the lovely haircut and advise. Lovely team (Leia and Luke were in that Saturday) and great tunes! Looking forward to the next appointment in April! :)
The cut and styling of my short crop is fab! It looks and feels great and is very easy to style.
The colour was brilliant too (think colourist was Rany?) but my scalp was. Dry sensitive after the scalp bleach / toner. It would be good if the salon had scalp protector. Other than that would recommend ! Great hairdressers here!

It is always great fun in the salon, everyone is happy and chatty, Oli is welcoming and listens to what you require for your hairstyle. He is a perfectionist and I’m always happy with my hair.

This was my first time at the salon and I'd booked an appointment with Jack. I told him I wanted a stylish, non-mumsy, easy to style haircut and a full fringe to be put in. He looked at my hair and my face shape and then just did his thing. The result was a beautiful cut and I have had many lovely comments from people about it. A big thank you and I will be back!

Always a pleasure to go to Open to have my hair done. It’s a lively friendly salon with great coffee and expert stylists and colourists. Hannah Has been doing my hair for a few years now and she always does a fantastic job, the colour tone always right for the changing seasons and the grey coverage amazing. Would thoroughly recommend her and the staff at Open. Great head massages too!

I always love the way Oli cuts my hair! Oli is particularly good at interpreting my extremely vague requests and I always seem to get exactly what I want - his attention to detail and great conversation makes the whole experience just wonderful :-)
I walked in after not having had my hair cut for a very long time and the amazing scarlet bounded towards me and not only gave me the best hair cut ever but also gave me so much joy on a rainy Saturday morning. All in all - a brilliant experience and I will be back.
Scarlett was her usuall helpful, efficient self and I had a nice, quiet blonde young man to do my blow dry. Totally satisfied.

I had one wash that didn't even touch the bottom of my head very bad wash the cut was good but sadly had to go home and wash my hair again cos didn't feel clean and not only that payed alot of money for something I was not happy about very poor and would never come again and certainly not recommended that place to not even my worst enemy sorry

I’ve been a client for quite some time and the quality of service and result has never faltered. Jack is always brilliant and he’s supported by an excellent team which makes a difference, too. At my most recent appointment - an 8am slot - they got my day off to a great start! Wonderful coffee, served with a friendly smile, great hair wash and perfect head massage, superb cut and styling. Really, they are a great team, it’s always a pleasure to see them…book now!

I’ve never had my hair be consistently cut so well. As I have since Oli stared cutting it a while ago now! He does it better than any salon in London I’ve ever been to!

Great hair cutter ! Not much more I can say. I wear my hair very short it’s a hard style to keep feminine Oli manages to every time. He’s cut my family’s hair for the last 5 years always happy. Love the feel of the salon too. Bright welcoming friendly. Would highly recommend Oli or any of the others never seen a bad style walk out of there !
