I’m totally in love with my new colour thanks to Richard! I wasn’t sure how it would turn out with damaged blonde ends and darker roots but he’s managed to blend the perfect red and friends gave saud it looks really natural. Thanks so much!!

My first appointment with Audrey after having my haircut at a different salon (not Toni and Guy) and being left disappointed as I felt my short hair was left uneven. Audrey really took her time and checked her work which was very reassuring. Audrey has done a really precise, careful cut and I wish I'd gone to her sooner.

Nick coloured my hair today, first colour here and true to form for Toni and Guy, it was a great success. Plus a super stylish cut from Natasha made for a lovely afternoon treat. Thanks to Ricky and his super talented team!

Was miserable when I walked in, only chatted after spilling a glass of water on me (that I don’t mind, accidents happen), and then gave me a terrible haircut... nothing like the photo I showed her..and then proceeded to tell me that she’s been teaching for35 years so she knows what she’s doing, well darling clearly still stuck in the 80’s is what my hair style screams. Thank goodness for the girl that washed my hair, she was lovely, without her the whole experience would have been the worst, I’ve had, that’ll teach me to go to a hair salon in Hemel, even if it is Toni&Guy

I've not had a haircut in about 2 years because every time I go, I leave disappointed. Lauren was friendly and so good at helping me decide what would look good on me. She did exactly as we discussed and asked if I was happy, every step of the way. Very pleased and will definitely be back!

I've been having the kerasilk treatment twice a year for 3 years and would recommend this to anyone with frizzy uncontrollable hair as makes a he'll if a difference

Sam is an absolutely dedicated colour technician who genuinely cares about helping you achieve the exact look you are aiming for. He is very knowledgeable but also very honest about what is achievable with your particular hair type/colour and what will work best aesthetically with your skin tone. He always gives you several options to chose from, patiently explaining the different possible courses of action and what the results would be for each one. The end look has been off-the-charts stunning each time. Perfect, vibrant colour that looks so healthy, shiny and so expertly applied and blended. I’ve had so many compliments about my hair since he has been colouring it and I would not visit someone else now. If you’re thinking of experimenting and trying something new then I cannot recommend him highly enough. Go for it, he knows exactly what he is doing, you are in safe hands you will feel absolutely amazing afterwards when you see the results! Thank you, Sam.

When I first met Lauren I was struggling to grow out a horrific, uneven hair cut from a previous salon and somehow she managed to correct it so you would have never known it had been badly cut. I was over the moon. I’ve gone through a number of different hair styles since then and she has honestly nailed every single one. I’ve loved each and every haircut by Lauren. She has shown herself to be an extremely versatile hairdresser and on that basis I would recommend her to literally anyone. Her work is very precise, it sits perfectly and holds it shape for a much longer time between visits than any of my previous hairdressers work has done. She has been such a lucky find. Book yourself in, you won’t be disappointed. Thank you, Lauren.

I was really disappointed with my appointment today! I’ve used Toni and guy for a long time and never had a problem but today I found my stylist rude, she didn’t seem to care, hardly spoke to me, didn’t ask how I wanted my hair especially when blow drying it, she blow dried it curly. If she had ask I would of had it straight like I always have it. When she was finished it was messy, he hadn’t even bothered to do my parting. When I returned home friends and family commented that it looked worst than before I walked into the salon! Honestly im disgusted with how I was treated today!

Another great service from the moment you walk in the door. I suffer with really bad anxiety and they make me feel so relaxed and calm. As soon as you walk in your greeted by the lovely Adam with a big smile puts you at ease straight away. Colour done by Rikkie another outstanding colour, so pleased with it. Thank you to Vanessa for my lovely cut looks so much thicker & healtier. Also a massive thank you for allowing me to bring in my emotional support dog letting her get use to all different noises.
Again fantastic service and so calm and relaxing. X
