Being new to the salon, Katie was great at matching my colour for my root tint and gave me a friendly welcome and made me feel instantly at ease. Mariella was great at making sure she understood my hair and I was really pleased with my cut and finish. She really got to grips with my thick hair and was great at taking all the weight out of my hair. She also made me feel at ease. A really enjoyable afternoon and I hope to come again.
