Overall if the boss/manager wouldn’t have got involved maybe I would have walked out with exactly what I wanted.
Eleni that cut my hair she was very polite and professional and very apologetic after we saw the result of the hair colour.
I had a discount but I still think that £85 was a lot for the fact I didn’t even get close to what I wanted.
I didn’t expect the perfect colour but the result was not pleasing. The colour is uneven.
I’m happy with the haircut, nice environment , all the girls are polite but definitely not happy with the hair colour.
