A lovely first visit. I have 'difficult' hair and the hairdresser was interested in listening to me. She looked at my hair and made some suggestions. She then washed my hair using Aveda products. She cut my hair, and she showed me how to blow dry my hair to add much needed volume. Overall , a great experience as I felt that she listened to me.

I have visited the salon several times now and have never been disappointed. Always friendly, on time and Maggie is excellent at cutting hair. She is only the 2nd person in half a century who consistently cuts my hair exactly as I want it. None of that worrying about what it will look like!

All ways seen on time, friendly atmosphere, always delighted with my hair. Definitely recommend it.

I've been going to this hairdressers for 4 years now and can't fault it. All the staff are lovely and the lady who cuts my hair, Chynna, really takes her time to achieve what I want. I'm always so pleased when I leave the salon.

This was hands down the best haircut I've ever had. Jenny listened to what I wanted and used her expertise to tailor this to my hair type. I'm definitely staying with THC now and will keep asking for Jenny-she's brilliant!

I was seated immediately and offered refreshments, my hair was washed by a lovely young lady and the dried and styled by another who was not only an expert in her trade but excellent company. I'm really unhappy with my cut today. The wash was very rough and painful. The cut is fine itself but it's not at all what I asked for - and showed a reference picture. My hair is about 3 inches shorter than I was expecting. I specified that I dry my fringe with a round brush a hair dryer - so the stylist straightened it... This means it'll be wonky when I blow dry it. She really didn't listen or seem to care about what I wanted.

Feeling really self conscious about the cut and won't be returning.

I have my hair cut regularly at the Hairdressing Company. There is a warm welcome and I'm very pleased with skill of my stylist Maggie. I also like the Aveda products that they use.

This is my 3rd cut at this salon, with the same stylist and I am absolutely thrilled.
The salon itself has a lovely environment, great facilities and talented staff.
Chynna restyled my hair the first time and took me from a drab lacklustre ignored mane to a really flattering and easy to look after style. I've been back twice since in 9 months (which is a record for me) and I plan on returning for my next trim.
I highly recommend this salon and Chynna for their service and skill.

I always find it hard going to a new salon but today I've come out with just perfect hair which I love!!
The stylist was keen to explore different applications for the look I wanted and the aftercare and maintenance advice is perfect.

I have been going to THC for well over a year now and to date I never been disappointed ..... It's not the cheapest however you definitely get what you pay for ! My haircuts and colour are looking good for longer period of time so it's well worth it ..... There is also no pressure during your visit to the salon. Great experience and would highly recommend.

Sarah is a fantastic colourist, the best I have ever had for highlights and I have been visiting London salons for over 15 years prior to moving away from London.
