Positives: aveda products, clean and comfortable salon.

Negatives: Front of house owner or manager and staff rude.. A mix of smirks at most stages of the process combined with a feeling that customers aren’t really welcome and are interrupting their conversation, making booking an appointment quite exhausting to the point it’s easier to book elsewhere. Up-selling of products, treatments also flagrant. This salon feels counter to the Aveda brand, I find the style quite unpleasant.
