Had my hair stripped of the red I had in it 6 weeks ago and it was done really well. This time , when I called to book in I was told I needed a tint regrowth this time and it would cost £35. It transpired I had the colour put through and when I went to pay I was told it would cost £55. This should have been explained before I had my hair done. If that’s what it cost, fair enough, but tell me. The colour wasn’t nearly as good this time. Much too dark. Not impressed when the person washing my hair left me twice to answer the phone. Very unprofessional all round and disappointing after my first visit.
