Incredibly rude, abrupt and unprofessional service. My
Hairdresser did not bother to even introduce herself when I sat down, rushed through the consultation and barely listened to what I had said. She Cut the front part of my hair far too short even though I had explained I did not want it like that. To top it all off (even though this was not her fault) her hair brush broke as she was blowing drying my hair and the brush part was caught in my hair, and without even an apology or anything said to her colleague ‘omg that was my favourite hairbrush’ and proceeded to huff and puff about it.
I was thoroughly unimpressed and would definitely not recommend to anyone especially if you’re booked in with someone called *****.
