Great hair cut and style! Loved it, great chat with my hairdresser and the girl who shampood my hair gave a lovely wash! Massage chairs are fab!
Rude and abrupt receptionist! Especially on the phone! Even when I was at the desk paying, she was the same to someone else on the phone. At least I knew it was the norm, and not something about me.
