After reading the reviews i decided to give the salon a try.. Sarah was a lovely girl and im sure she has a lot of happy customers but after leaving the salon with very damp hair i noticed my roots are not evenly coloured and have a few overlaps....she did explain that in order to achieve a more tonal look i might have to let the dark hair come through but would expect colour to be evenly applied. I feel after paying £86 for half head which is in the same price range of more high end salons in enfield, i would of had a better service. I also fully understand that a professional blow dry is.not included but would of expected to have at least left with dry hair. Can i also point out that at *salon name removed* a toner is included in the price i didnt expect it to.be in excess of £25 . Thanks to sarah for trying to achieve the colour i wanted but i wont be returning unfortunately.
