Booked a consultation with stuyallust and colourist. The latter couldn’t have been more pleasant and helpful. I came in to town especially for my consultation and the styslist didn’t appear AT ALL! No apology just a message with the receptionist to say she was too busy with another client. Certainly two halves and the stylist let the side down badly. Shocking for customer relations. The very least she could have come and explained or apologised. She put the colourist and receptionist in a very embarrassing situation and someone needs to have a word with her. Would have been 5 stars but for that. A shame.
