I booked online for a morning appointment but unfortunately the stylist was already running half an hour late.
She seemed a bit disorganised and unwell. I had to move chair midway through the cut as she could not see with the light.
I had about 4 inches cut off but there was no shape, style or layering- just a straight blunt cut- for £60, felt a little bit cheated to be honest as I always get a warm response & feel welcome & always leave the salon feeling great.
I’ve been coming here for years & just thought I would try a new stylist as my usual one was not available.
Disappointed.

I'm a really fussy guy when it comes to my hair so I'm always a little nervous about getting my hair cut . I always come out with a smile on my face and feel me again after a Fresh hair cut but thats only ever at Toni & Guy's ! The staff are amazing and friendly , Always a pleasure and satisfaction guaranteed ")

I describe myself as a nervous client (my husband says I must be a hairdresser's nightmare )
My first contact was by phone with Kenny - who was so lovely, he gave me the confidence to make an appointment.
After discussing with Robert ( another warm and welcoming young man) where and how the colours were to be placed - an art form in itself!
Carla (stylist) joined the consultation, asking me what ideas I had, listened and understood; she made her own suggestions, which is what I wanted.
If that wasn't enough, while the colours were developing Carla and Robert were talking about the style. She showed me a couple of pictures - the result was amazing!
