Jordan (not sure of her second name ) did an excellent job with my highlights. However I’ m not sure the salon was Covid secure and I didn’t feel that safe. There were a lot of people in the salon when staff and customers were included and there were no screens between customers at the washbasins or elsewhere. All staff wore visors, which is good. I would not go on a Saturday again I know it is quieter at other times.

Screens have been ordered and we are waiting delivery of them. We use every other section and only two basins are being used so we can abide to the two meter distances rule. We take all aspects of client health and safety seriously while trying to provide a comfortable experience. The franchisee would like to give you a call to see how we can improve on this for your next visit.
